Hooman Radfar, Executive Chairman & Co-founder
Hooman actively drives platform marketing and strategy initiatives at Clearspring. He was recently named one of Tech's Best Entrepreneurs in BusinessWeek and was nominated for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. When he is not busy building a better web, you can find him writing his blog Hoo-ville. Radfar graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics and Computer Science. He holds an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University where he researched Social Networking Theory. |

Ramsey McGrory, Chief Executive Officer
Ramsey McGrory brings a diverse background to his role as CEO at Clearspring. Most recently, he led Yahoo! display platforms, including the Right Media Exchange and US data business. He oversaw Yahoo!'s strategic partnerships with major agency holding companies and led a team that drove participation and growth of the Right Media Exchange which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2007. He spent six years at NationsBank and Citigroup in the Treasury and Derivatives Trading Groups. He was in the US military from 1985-1993. He thrives in fast paced environments having served in the Persian Gulf war, working on the Clinton presidential election cycle in 1992 and in media and tech sales of DoubleClick in the late 90s. Ramsey received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the South, and a Master's degree in Management from Georgia Tech. He is based in New York City, where he is active in the William J. Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, co-founded billions.org and sits on the board of The Jericho Project. |

Gar Richlin, Chief Operating Officer
Gar is responsible for day-to-day operations at Clearspring. Prior to joining Clearspring he was a principal of Richlin/Dale LLC, a management consulting firm working primarily with emerging growth companies. Before starting Richlin/Dale LLC in 2005, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Advertising.com; other previous executive leadership positions include COO and CFO of SITEL Corporation, a NYSE company and head of investment banking at Alex. Brown & Son. Gar received his BA with honors from Wesleyan University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. |

Stewart Allen, Chief Technology Officer
Stewart leads platform development efforts at Clearspring and is responsible for Clearspring's platform design and implementation. He has been an early or founding member, of six technology start-ups. Most recently, he was CTO and VP Engineering at WebMethods. His work has led to the foundational web standards such as XML-RPC and SOAP, laying the groundwork for Web 2.0. |

Peggy Fry, Chief Revenue Officer
Peggy is responsible for revenue strategy and growth at Clearspring. Prior to joining Clearspring, Peggy was vice president of Ad Sales for Netflix, where she developed and launched an online and offline targeted advertising platform for the entertainment community. Peggy has also served as president of Smashing Entertainment and vice president of interactive marketing for the AOL Entertainment Group at America Online. |

Dominique Vonarburg, Senior Vice President, Strategy
Dom is the founder of AddThis, which was acquired by Clearspring in 2008. Dom is responsible for platform strategy and advanced services. In 1997 Dom founded AddMe.com, a pioneer in search engine marketing which grew to over half a million active members and was acquired in 2007. Prior to AddMe.com, Dom worked at Oracle, where he led a team developing Business Intelligence tools and applications. |

Will Meyer, Senior Vice President, Publisher Products
Will leads the development of Clearspring's publisher product line, including AddThis. He has a wide range of experience leading product development teams in both consumer and enterprise markets, and has enjoyed being a part of several successful startups. Most recently, Will was responsible for the open API strategy at a top US wireless carrier, defining and implementing the mobile architecture for a major consumer website, and building a mobile enterprise startup from inception to acquisition. He is a dad and a transplanted New Yorker. |

Robert Van Niman, Senior Vice President, Finance
Robert is responsible for Clearspring's overall financial activities. Prior to joining the team, Robert was the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Corporate Executive Board. Before CEB, Robert spent many years at AOL within the corporate finance and access teams focusing on profitably growing its membership base. Earlier in his career, he held various financial positions with Teleglobe International, MCI and Gyrofalcon Group. Robert earned his BA from the College of William and Mary and his MBA from the University of Maryland. |

Rich LaBarca, Vice President, Advertising Products
Rich is responsible for the design, development and deployment of Clearspring's Advertiser products. Prior to joining Clearspring, Rich was co-founder and CTO of a startup that developed and sold one of the first mobile advertising platforms. He joined the startup world after almost ten years in research, where he led the development and clinical trials of the first computer assisted orthopedic surgical navigation system. Rich holds a BS with honors in Computer Science and an MS in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Rajan Shah, Vice President, Publisher Services
Rajan is responsible for the growth and management of Clearspring's publisher network. Prior to joining Clearspring, Rajan was in Corporate Development at Verisign, focusing on strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Before Verisign, Rajan was Manager at Ernst & Young, leading post-merger integration teams and various business process reengineering efforts. Rajan holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Maryland. In his spare time you can find him swinging the sticks with his sons at the local golf range. |

Mike McGowan, Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel
Mike leads corporate development, legal and policy initiatives for Clearspring. He has held senior executive positions at the heart of the Internet, including eight years at AOL in mergers and acquisitions and business development and three years as CEO of a start-up. Mike earned his AB cum laude from Harvard College and his JD cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center where he was an Articles Editor on the Georgetown Law Journal. |
